Eloralynn speaks of the first Elysians, the Three from the Sky, and the Four from the Tree. She tells how they came to find the Five from the Mountain and Five from the Sea, amidst the incredible danger brought about by Odrum and the Merath. Ohren recounts the Sons of Remr, who lost their immortality in their strife against Odrum.
Outside the Buckroad Inn, a new threat looms, for Odrum was but a puppet to a larger foe. The patrons of the Buckroad Inn would do well to listen, for if the races of Ely are to survive the coming storm, they must remember their singular origin and unite against this common foe.

About the Book:
Never wanting to stand out, Amy was happy with her quiet
and predictable life. She accepted the answers she was always given about how
she ended up with her aunt and what happened to her parents. It wasn’t until
waking up on her sixteenth birthday in a forest she’s never seen before that
she starts to question her entire history and who she really is.
About the Author:
Karen Lowrie grew up on Cape Cod Massachusetts as the youngest of four children. She was fascinated with the woods behind her house as a child and would spend time wandering through them imagining other realities and possibilities. Currently, Karen is a special education teacher in Upstate NY where she lives with her husband, two sons and her dog.
After struggling as a reader at a young age, Karen fell in
love with reading through the Harry Potter series and has been lost in books
ever since. She continues to be a massive Harry Potter fan and looks for ways
to demonstrate her abundance of random facts she has stored away. At any given
time, she is in the middle of at least one book and still reeling from a book
she just finished, ready to talk about it.

I am at
that middle-aged part of life, getting ready to start over with my fiancé as we
adopt his sister’s children (5 of them – all under). I wanted to take the
